December fishing on lake Seminole is as good as anywhere in the southeast. Cold water means giant bass! The bass are already starting to stage in pre-spawn areas and are in tight schools. You find one you find many more. Cold weather baits such as lipless crankbaits like a Jenko Rip Knocker 75, bladed jigs such as a Buddha Bait Co swagger jig, suspending jerkbaits such as a Jenko Persues 110, and 1/2 oz jigs such as a Buddha Bait Co in-seine swim jigs paired with a Big Bite Baits Fighting frog are all lures that are good to use this time of the year. Move fast with moving baits until you find some bass then slow way down with jigs and catch the giants! Tight lines
