The Bass fishing on Lake Seminole was excellent the first month of the New Year! February should be even better as the Bass continue to move to their staging areas. If planning a trip to Lake Seminole this February make sure to have some crank baits and Spinnerbaits in your tackle box. These baits are great for covering water and the big Seminole Bass love them!
The lake is at full pool and both the Flint and Chatahooche River arms of the lake are stained from the recent rains.The Spring Creek arm of the lake is stained in the upper end but the lower end of the Creek is some what clear. The water temperature is averaging in the upper 50”s.
