Winter has finally arrived in South Georgia the water temperature has dropped into the upper 40’s on Lake Seminole.
As a result of the colder water has knocked the grass back on the lake and is setting up for a spectacular pre spawn this February!
The Bass will be staging near their spawning areas. A variety of lures will produce in February. Moving baits like lipless Crankbaits and Chatterbaits will be productive!
The Crappie have been scattered but with the arrival of the colder weather and dropping water temperatures has move the Crappie out deeper! The Crappie typically spawn on Lake Seminole in February and can be caught on minnows and jigs!
