Lake Seminole is still fishing really good right now. Normally this time of the year when we are transitioning into a late summer early fall pattern, the fishing can be extremely tough. It hasn’t done that yet for some reason. The bass are still biting really good. Now of course there are days that seem tougher than others but overall, the fishing is good. The grass lines are the ticket. Shad are starting to roam around in the early morning and late evenings and the topwater bite is still really good. Grab a Buddha Baits Snooze Alarm Buzzbait with some 50 lb Buddha Braid and chunk it on grasslines with a 7’6″ Med/hvy Buddha Stick and a Lews Speed Spool with the 8.3.1 Gear ratio. This will generate strikes all day long if you stick with it. Also there is a good flipping bite on the deep grass walls in Spring Creek. Get you a 1 1/2 oz tungsten Lead and a 4″ Big Bite Baits Fighting Frog and work the grass lines when sun is out high. Try these tips and I guarantee you’ll catch some giant Lake Seminole lunkers!
If you would rather NOT catch anything, go fishing with Sammy Merkin ! Lmao!!!
